Despite enjoying the sun and the sea over the weekend, with plenty of laughs and play..I have also been regularly berating myself for being a complete trout for not telling all about my parcel of wonderful-ness that came last week.
(Unfortunately this arrived before i worked out how to use all my camera buttons, so please admire the loveliness and then take into account my banal photography skills and you should imagine absolute loveliness!)
(DDn just asked what it meant....ba·nal adj. Drearily commonplace and often predictable. How appropriate!)
BUT FORGET THAT.....LOOK!

Dolliedaydream sent me a beautiful cupcake bag, sweets for the kids and super cute stickers. I must say "THANKYOU" so much. I have a feeling the email full of gratitude hasn't got to her yet..goblins in the system...but honestly we are very grateful. We have mailed something back...!
The kids thought there had been a chocolate bar in the package aswell..but no. (Do you hear me kids? There was NO chocolate. No dark cocoa based product infused with orange oil. None whatsoever. The hot pink and orange packaging must have fallen in the parcel when dolliedaydream was packing it up. Now that's sorted I can move on...
I was completely bowled over by the surprise. Gorgeous. Absolutely.

This is what was left within minutes of it being opened. There was no chance of photographing the wrapping or the ribbon. Sorry. Obviously I couldn't photograph the chocolate because it never arrived. I never saw it. Honest.
Just so I can deviate from talking chocolate...this was a charity shop find a little while ago. Its taken in bad light but its a cream/beige base colour with dark brown/almost balck flowers.

Now what could I do with this. Does anyone else like it? Could anyone put it to a better use than me. It's done a good job of keeping the nest of tables warm but really it should be used I think. Properly. I'll measure it later and maybe we could swap it? That said..I'd better go make tea. I hear tummies rumbling.
